1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SoloProof (“the Service”), operated by SoloProof (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SoloProof is a platform that allows solopreneurs and creators to verify and display their audience-to-revenue correlation. The Service connects to third-party platforms including X (formerly Twitter) and Stripe to collect publicly available profile data and revenue metrics with user consent.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must authenticate using your X (Twitter) account. By authenticating, you authorize us to access your public profile information including your name, handle, avatar, and follower count. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Use of X (Twitter) Data
We access X/Twitter data solely for the purpose of displaying your public profile information on your SoloProof page. We request read-only access and do not post tweets, send direct messages, follow/unfollow accounts, or access private data on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time through your X account settings.
5. Use of Stripe Data
If you connect your Stripe account, we access revenue data in read-only mode to calculate and display your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and AR Ratio. We do not process payments, modify your Stripe settings, or access customer personal data. You may disconnect your Stripe account at any time.
6. User Content
By making your SoloProof profile public, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your profile data (name, handle, avatar, MRR, follower count, AR ratio) on the Service, including leaderboards, benchmarks, and shareable cards. You may make your profile private at any time.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to manipulate or falsify revenue or audience data
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed on the Service. Revenue and audience figures are provided for informational purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
